2010 Taste of English Football
February 18th-24th, 2010

Due to several requests, the Club will be putting together a "Taste of English Football" trip for February 2010.  Join the SUSC staff for travel and sightseeing in London, Oxford, and for 3 professional games!

Depart:  Boston - Thursday February 18th (afternoon)
Arrive:  London - Friday February 19th (morning)

Upon arrival at Heathrow, you will travel via tube to central London.  Spend six days and five nights at a central London hotel (TBD).  The hotel will be within walking distance to historic sites and easy access to the London Underground.

Friday:  Arrive at the hotel early morning and check in.  Free day in London to sightsee and possibly take in a show in the evening.

Saturday:  Game 1 - Game TBD but one of these English Premier League games:  West Ham v Hull City, Arsenal v Sunderland, or Fulham v Birmingham City.  Kick off at 3pm. 

Sunday:  Game 2 - Travel by coach to Birmingham’s Villa Park Stadium and the home of Aston Villa to see Premier League fixture Aston Villa v Burnley.  Kick off at 2pm.  Villa are currently in the top four of the EPL.  After the game return back to London and be back at hotel by 7pm.

Monday:  Free day in London to sightsee.  Evening get-together for dinner at a local sports pub to watch Blackburn v Bolton on the big screen at 8pm.

Tuesday:  Game 3 - Travel by coach to spend day in Oxford including the town of Woodstock and Blenheim Palace (birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill).  That evening, take in the Conference League leaders game Oxford United v Wimbledon.  Kick off at 7:45pm.  Seacoast United enjoys a wonderful relationship with Oxford United.  Return to London following the game. 

Wednesday:  Free morning in London before departing for airport.  Afternoon flight will get us back in Boston on Wednesday night.

Depart:  London - Wednesday February 24th (afternoon)
Arrive:  Boston - Wednesday February 24th (afternoon)


Cost:  $1675 per person (including airfare)
Price includes round-trip airfare, 5-nights accommodation (double occupancy), tickets to three football games, luxury coach transportation to and from Aston Villa and Oxford United games, London Underground tube passes, Monday night dinner at sports pub.

Reservations:
