Coach Wade holds the NSCAA Premier License, as well as the Advanced National Diploma from KNVB, the Dutch Royal Coaching Association.He was Asst. Men’s Coach at Bates College for three years, before accepting the position of Assistant Men’s Coach at Colby College, where he has been coaching since 2006. 

Jim has also been on the Region One Staff ODP Boys Staff since 2003, where he has coached some of the top younger boys on the East Coast, and helped transition several 1995 and 1996 boys into the USSoccer National Pool. 

He was Head Coach for the Coastal Crew, which holds a record eight consecutive state championships, from u-12 through u-19, and many of his players have gone on to Division 1, 2, and 3 programs across the county.  Jim currently is coaching the u-12 boys for Seacoast Maine.
