Jim Wade -Coaching Director and Boys Director

Jim Wade is Director of Coaching for Seacoast United Maine, as well as Boys Director.  Jim is the former Director of Coaching for Coastal Soccer Club, (now Seacoast United Maine), where he has coached a total of 11 boys state championship teams, and been Asst. Director to Brian Ainscough, then became Director, since moving to Maine in 1999.  He was formerly the Youth Director at the Northampton Soccer Club in Mass.

Paul Cameron - Girls Director

Paul has been coaching soccer in the US since 2001, working full time with youth players of all ages (U5-U21), and abilities (Recreational to Premier level & College). This year, Paul will be coaching the Seacoast United U12 and U15 Girls Premier teams, and will be coaching with the Jnr. Academy North Girls.

Brian Cooke - Director of Club Development

Brian is currently the head coach for the Seacoast United Maine South U12 Boys team.  He is the former president and founder of Maine Metro F.C., which merged with Seacoast United Maine in July of 2010.  He is originally from Montego Bay, Jamaica & played on the Jr. National soccer team that represented Jamaica at the 1973 and 1974 CONCACAF Tournaments.

Martyn Keen - Director of Goalkeeping & Fitness training

Martyn Keen is a native of North Wales where he was a schoolteacher and a soccer player and coach in the League of Wales for many seasons. He was also involved in working with the Welsh U-15 schoolboy’s team before moving to the U.S. in 1994.
In the States, Martyn has been heavily involved in coaching and has worked with many age groups and in many roles. At various times, he has been varsity boys coach at Deering high school, assistant head coach at the University of Southern Maine and Director of coaching for Southern Maine United, Southern Maine Premier and Merrymeeting soccer clubs.

Allyson Joy - Registrar

Allyson has been on the Coastal Soccer Club/Seacoast United Girls Staff for the past four years, and is currently developing the U13 girls program.  She has worked with players from Recreational to High School level. In the fall of 2007, Allyson was on the coaching staff at McAuley High School and is currently in her second year as an assistant with the Bowdoin College Womens program. Allyson currently holds an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, which is the equivalent of the US Soccer Federation "C" license. She also holds her "D" Licenses from US Soccer Federation.
